Adhering to a healthy lifestyle can be associated with a longer life expectancy and a lower risk of major degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

  • it is consumed regularly with meals/food instead of binge drinking (consuming large amounts on a single occasion).
