The Wine Information Council – in future referred to as “WIC”, “we” or “us” – is a unique partnership between the various scientists, scientific and academic bodies and recognised experts who contribute actively, with their opinions and studies on health and the social aspects of consuming wine and other alcoholic beverages.

WIC is committed to the promotion of moderation and responsibility when consuming wine.
